It's a RAM cooler designed for four RAM slots and can accommodate three 40x28mm fans. You will need four standoffs approximately 6.5mm tall to screw it onto your motherboard. I personally use HyperX Fury RAM on a MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard and three Arctic S4028-6K fans.
