The original Kinjin prototype established the core doctrine of the platform: compact assault armor, integrated missile saturation, and close-range battlefield pressure. Crude, overbuilt, and uncompromising, the MK1 prioritized survivability and payload capacity over refinement. While later generations improved mobility and structural balance, the original frame remains an iconic example of early SDS heavy assault design philosophy. Sometimes brute force is the prototype.
