Vice Vice for clamping to a table top. The parts are designed in such a way that maximum stability is achieved by the direction of the threads when pressure is applied. The holes can be equipped with screws for further stabilization, but since it is ultimately plastic, this is probably superfluous. (We could recommend at least the screw that stabilizes the innermost right angle of the two (almost) identical parts. The printed parts should be able to "suck" into each other. To achieve this, I had to sand the parts of the prototype with sandpaper (just a little (!) ), then it went together well - ultimately with the help of a few hammer blows. The fact that the part survived this treatment shows the strength of the design... :-) The screw that pulls the jaws together (when printed) must be inserted between the two halves of the foot during assembly. Alternatively, an M6 screw with a length of at least 70 mm can be used. This can be inserted subsequently. The spacer ring must then be pushed over the screw and fixed with super glue or similar. The screw (with flat head) must first be inserted into the corresponding part and fixed in place using the hexagon socket. The slide is fitted with M6 nuts before it is attached. These serve as an abutment for the clamping screw from above. Support is required for the clamp and the slide. All other parts can / should be printed flat (for maximum load-bearing capacity). Parts: 2X M6 nut Optional: 1X M6 screw min. 70mm 2X M3 screw inner…
