3D data of a 5,3" Surfboard. Separated into 20 parts to be combined after printing. Prepared for 3 FCS II Fin inserts including leash plug.Printing Instruction:- Print either with PETG or ABS- 1 wall and Cubic infill 4% (this is the optimised combination of weight and stability)- 4 bottom, 4 top walls- Infill to overlap with walls about 50%- the weight for the complete print is estimated with 2000 grams Building instruction:- combine left part (2 component glue)- combine right parts (2 component glue)- cut carbon fibre rods (diameter 5mm) to a length of 15mm- use the right side part and glue the rods into the dedicated holes along the long edge- fix the right side to a stand with the rods facing upwards- to ad stability to the board use 3-4 layers of carbon fibre mesh and lay it onto the long edge, make sure the rods are pushed through the fibre- add resin to the carbon fibre and add the left part. Make sure all rods are in the dedicated house of the left part.- stabilise the parts with tape and let dry- grind the carbon fiber to be aligned with the board- Now add one layer 6 Oz glas fibre to the bottom, overlap about 5cm on the top side of the board and add resin. After the resin is dry, grind the glass on the top side- add a 6Oz glass layer on top using resin- apply more layers if more stability is needed- grind the surfaces and apply some paintREADY to SURF
