Discover the Hex Race Caster Bearing — a genuinely heavy-duty, fully 3D-printable caster bearing with no metal inserts, no purchased parts, and no compromises on strength. This isn't your average printed bearing. The secret is the hexagonal intermediate race geometry: under radial load, the contact area with the filament tori widens proportionally, making the bearing stronger the harder you push it. Four independent rows of continuous 1.75 mm nylon filament tori provide excellent axial load distribution and prevent tipping under eccentric forces — perfect for real casters, wheels, or any rolling application that needs to handle serious weight.
