In the thirties, the Carnegie Trust financed the building of a number of libraries. The libraries in Carnforth, Penwortham and Bamber Bridge (Lancashire, UK) wewre all built to the same design and are still standing, though the Penwortham one is now an arts centre. This is a detailed model of the libraries. It includes a version with a coat of arms over the entrance, as is the case at Bamber Bridge, and shown in the images, or without as at Penwortham and Carnforth. You can also have the pain steps as built, or steps and ramp as they were later modified for better access. It is sized for N gauge, but would readily scale up to TT and OO, and indeed the detail would be more apparent at larger scales.
