Adjustable jig for model ship assembly/paintingSince I don't have a ship handy right now for demonstration, you can see the jig holding a 3d printed R/C aircraft in one of the photos :P 3D printing settings Print in PLA or PETG. -For parts base1, base2, finger1, finger2, vertical print with 3 walls, 10% infill. -For parts join, butterfly_nut I suggest 100% infill. When printing butterfly_nut add a pause at layer 68 in order to fit the M5 nut inside and then resume print. Or you can use standard wing nuts-Part vertical needs a supports for the hex nut cavity -For parts rubber1, rubber2 (optional) use TPU -The total length of the jig is 384mm, so the base is cut in two pieces base1, base2 to fit standard sized beds. Once printed, attach them together with join part using some CA glue. The clamps can open maximum 10cm wide and 30cm long **You will need 4x M5x30mm hex bolts/nuts*
