Palm sfx button holder

Design i started in 2019 . Initially starting with the buttons attached to a strip of abs and a elastic glued to the absthis then sat in the palm of my hand . It worked well but as i got more into 3d printing and design i decided to do something i had never seen before . I made the below stl files in 2022 for a cosplay sound glove. Im my case for chewbacca sounds . I didnt want finger tip buttons and decided to design a holder for tactile momentary buttons 12 x 12 A holder that retains all of the buttons in one place in the palm of my hand. Easy to reach with finger tips . Slim enough to fit under a glove with the benefit of accidental touch protection due to how the buttons are inserted as the buttons are recessed below the stl top Holes and channels to route cables and tie them down securely. Design wise ive included a 3 x button holder , a 4 x button holder and a single button holder . The 3 and 4 button holder is designed with holes either end for an elastic loop. That goes over your fingers and on to your palm . The single was designed to just glue onto the back of a elastic strip . More of a way of keeping certain sounds separate and insert over finger in a postion that suits the wearer. I personally used so i could press with my thumb I printed in pla + Also included a image of a design in early august 2022 1 week before i added the side holes for the elastic to run through .
