3D printed Quick Return Mechanism: A mechanism that rotates faster in one direction than in the other, while turning a crank at constant speed! Discover how this is possible with this Quick Return mechanism.All STL files and fully detailed documentation are included in the download. This mechanism contains moving parts and is fully interactive. All parts are printable via the STL files with the exception of the standard M4x8mm screws that will need to be purchased separately (online or at your local hardware store) for assembly. In addition, we are providing educators with a set of questions about this mechanism to quiz your students and help them trigger their curiosity.
