Thoose problems can be especially dificuilt for womens without propper access to sanitation and sanitary products like menstrual pads and tampons. In some rural parts of the world, unfortunately, they are even outcasted during menstruation. Without propper sanitation it can cause so much problems and even deaths. Menstrual cups are effective and clean substitue for pads and tampons. This is 3-part mold for making menstrual cups. Since its supposed to be sanitary product I suggest printing it in PET or PLA plastic, and using food or medical grade silicone. Dinsifect everything with rubbing alcohol before and after. After silicone get hard, open mold and cut off excess silicone left from molding.
