It is very easy to use, once you finish your bowl you flip er upside down and allow the "poke" to remove ash from your bowl. This print is amazing because it saves time and eliminates searching around for any random piece of garbage, toothpick, or whatever it may be. You will always have this fun tool waiting for you to finish your bowl off.This ashtray will last you quite some time, to best take care of it. To best clean your bowl make sure your bowl is slightly warm (NOT HOT) and allow the loose ash to fall, once that is complete use the "Poke" to clean the edges of your bowl piece by adding a bit of pressure. To clean this ashtray and to ensure it has a full life do not leave chunks of ash and resin at the top of the "poke". The best way I have found to keep it nice is to slightly heat it up with a lighter and use a stick or any other object (I do have a current model for sticks posted) to gently scrape off the excess resin and ash.
