Arri Pin Coupler

Sometimes you just need to stick together two things that aren't designed to stick together. Simple and quick, this coupler is a double-sided set of Arri pattern 3 mm locating pins. Use it to connect two receiver patterns with full anti-twist stability. Dimensional Note: Be prepared for some trial and error. Ideally, this part functions as a precise mechanical fit between two CNCed aluminum parts. However, the variability and imprecision of 3D printing at this scale makes it difficult. Therefore, there are nine variations of the model included. They differ from one another by 0.05 mm in the critical dimensions. This should allow you to find one that produces the best fit with your chosen material. After several prototypes, I found that the minus4 worked best for MJF and the plus2 worked best for SLS. YMMV!
