Mechanical Skull Medallion with Stand

In the grim darkness of the 41st millennium, there are only 3d printables... Ready to exchange your imperfect, corruptible flesh for something more perfect that can withstand the test of time? Your medallion stl file also comes with 3 fitted stands. 1x solid stand, 1x a stand with 3 slots in the back, and 1x a stand with an additional slot in the front. The slotted stands are meant to save time and material if you so choose. The photos here show it printed in .3mm settings which gave an amazing paintable surface that I enjoyed washing with coats of watered acrylic on top of a primer spray paint. The surface layers really catch the wash in a way that is fun to watch. I printed a scaled down version at .2mm settings also shown in the photos. I have provided the STL file to get you started and suggest printing this thing as big as possible, it will look great in any room and a very nerdy conversation piece. Paint some colors with your software of choice if you have a printer that can swap filaments/print heads or for the rest of us, grab some cheap acrylic and paint it!
