Alphabet letters

Hello company, some friends asked me to model and print the first names and pseudonyms of their wedding guests to make place cards... So I created all the letters of the alphabet in upper and lower case in solidworks and created the first names in tinkercad. All in all, about a hundred names to make. I couldn't figure out how to print at 100% size, as the thin walls created holes that none of my slicers could fill, even with the right settings activated. So I printed at 120% for the whole project, and 130% for the names containing a Y, as the font couldn't print at 100% there either...
