Cute Cocoa Duster for cappuccino

This is a small but fully functional coffee cocoa/sugar duster for adding cocoa dust on top of your cappuccino. Store the cocoa powder in the container itself, then turn the top wheel to dispense a consistent amount of cocoa dust from the bottom. The duster has also bottom cap, to keep it tight when stored. Note this is rather precise print and uses few threads. The best is to do all the parts with treads in 0.1 mm per layer just where the threads are. I did it this way and everything fits great. But you may try 0.2 everywhere... The screw on top of the center piece is best to be printed in 0.1 layer height, since it is a rather smaller screw. The best is to use multiple quality processes on that piece so you don't waste 0.1 on the bottom part. The bottom part was made with 0.2 per layer with 15% infill then from about 40mm, I increased infill to 60% and drop to 0.1 per layer to get good structure and support for the screw. The screw nut should be printed in matching 0.1 and 60% infill The handle wheel, can be 0.2 and 15% infill - no issues here. The main body - again, the best would be to do multiple processes 0.1 layer in 0mm-4mm, 0.2 layer in 4mm- 34mm 0.1 layer in 34mm and up all Standard 15% infill The lid and top screw covers, 0.1 15% infill The holes in the main body are tapered with 1.2mm at smallest end - with my printer - this works exactly for a fine cocoa powder. But you can easily ream them up with a small drill bit if necessary or if your printer closes them…
