Knobs for your no-name chinese patcher sewing machine to pimp it up. These machines come half finished - which is great coz I can make so many things for it :) How to print: NO Support Print same way it comes 100% infill knob-sew.stl = Tension knobs - you need 2 knob_bottom.stl = stitch length knob It is designed such way with slopes that if you print the direction the stl comes in, you don't need support, even if your slicer may suggest it. Don't: support will only mess it up. The nuts and bolts are metric on these machines and most of them are M6 - the machine benefits in adding washers in many places and the best is to find M washers. The knobs are designed so you must heat the nuts and then press it on to the piece for them to became very secure. Don't try to push it without heating the nuts with heat gun as the holes are made really smaller. You can put an M6 washer behind the tension knobs for smoother operation. The stitch length bolt works in very small range - from small to long is like 1/4 turn. Because of that some of you may not even realize that the bolt is for adjusting stitching length. The bolt goes through the knob, then a thin washer is placed on top, then the spring - then cram it all up. On my machine it gets pretty much in like 90% until it starts function.
