top lines which have 2mm you can paint but very effectively the image stands out if you put any light behind it --- or you can change the colour if you stop the 3d printer at the last 1,5mm of height and change the colour for another one Minimum printing size 70% and more !!!! If you reduce the size, the contour layers will be narrower .You can test the reduction by a few percent but I do not recommend it if you wanted a smaller object size you would have to use a 0.2 mm nozzle instead of a 0.4 you can stop printing before the end and flip the filament to a different color I recommend printing using the ironing function in prusa slicer for smoother top layers https://www.prusa3d.com/cs/stranka/prusaslicer_424/ it's not a hastily made file but it's been modified in blender to extend all the walls and overall it's quite a laborious task to create :P
