Here is a hull for galaxy S20 (not compatible S20+ or S20 ultra) The purpose of this shell is to provide very good protection against shocks while allowing the smartphone to evacuate heat. I still recommend adding a screen protector. The main shell and buttons are to be printed in TPU (tested with TPU98A DAILYFIL). The grids are to be printed in PLA or materials with similar rigidity. (tested with PLA ICE possible with TPU but not tested) Printing of the TPU hull: diapers: 0.12 Walls: x3 Filling: 15%. Brackets: yes at + 80° (to avoid filling round holes) and with 0.32mm Z-offset. Be careful, the TPU support is very difficult to remove, that's why I recommend 0.32mm Z offset. A scalpel deburring will be necessary. Button printing: diapers: 0.12 Walls: x20 (for 100% filling) Brackets: no The retraction of the TPU being complicated, I advise you to print the buttons one by one. Printing of "grids" (optional). The stl files are not grids. To get a grid, just use the following settings in your slicer. You can also choose to print them in a "classic" way. Depending on the colour and type of filling you can customize the shell to your taste. Feel free to share your creations.
