manual, mechanical, hidden, no-electronics winch for mn82: -uses the original screw threads -very easy to install, as no holes or screws are required -I think it works with the original screws, but I use slightly longer ones -the V2 solves the problem of the drum being too big -how it works: the system uses 2 strings wound in opposite directions on the drum: the winch cable (front of the vehicle) and a control string runs under the hood. By pulling the string under the hood, the winch cable winds up automatically. for assembly: 1)Installing the drum Insert the rod into the winch drum. Make sure the drum rotates freely. 2)Attaching the strings Attach 2 strings to the drum: 1 string for the winch cable (front of vehicle) 1 string for the under-hood control -> Both strings must be wound in opposite directions. 3)String routing Pass one winch string to the front grille. Pass the other control string to the hole in the hood. 4)Control system Attach the end of the hood string to a small loop or handle. Pulling this string winds up the winch cable. The hook is not included Tips for use -Don't overtighten the strings to avoid blockages. -Use a strong but fluid thread (nylon type). -Check the winding direction before screwing the winch on.
