Here's a design for a fairly simple dildo that was created by messing around with fit-point splines. These are designed to be fairly easy to print and mold while having a lot of variability. All of the models in this series are targeted at ~200mm long and ~40mm wide insertable width. They should all scale fairly well if you want them to be bigger/smaller.
