Mysterious Cursed Hope Diamond

My latest project, the mysterious cursed Hope Diamond. This project was exciting and challenging! I modeled the mounting frame, rectangular diamonds, elliptical diamonds and Tavernier Blue using AutoCAD Mechanical 2017. I exported the model to STL format and generated G-Code using Simplify3D. The model was scaled 2x and 3D printed on my FlashForge Creator Pro. I used Silver PLA filament for the mounting frame, Clear PLA filament for the rectangle and eliptical diamonds, and Saphire PLA filament for the Tavernier Blue. The diamonds took 12 minutes each to print. The Tavernier Blue took 4 hours to print, and the frame took 2.5 hours to print.
