Filament Box Swatch Labels

I prefer to keep my filament spools in their original cardboard boxes, but with some brands (like Overture) that makes it less than ideal to find the appropriate filament I am looking for at-a-glance. So I came up with these little box clips - simply print one out in the current filament, snap off the designed-in side supports, and slide the clip on to the lid flap of your box. Now you can easily tell which filament is what without having to read tiny text. I also included a small area for checking filament translucency at 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 thicknesses, in case that is important for a specific project. (The notched tags in the images are from an earlier prototype - while they looked nifty, they had no functional use and ended up being designed out) *EDIT 12/17/2025 - Added a blank tag for alternate filament types or other box labeling uses. Add your own text with a sharpie or label printer.
