Detailed step-by-step assembly instructions. Sourceable parts (commonly found on amazon or local hardware stores). Big 895 motor w/ 1:4 gear ratio for high torque (775 is common in drills & other scrubbers). Supports any tool battery between 12-24v (assumes correct adapter is used).
