Turn a 5 Gallon Bucket into a portable evaporative cooler!You'll need a few other parts as well:1) DC5.5V-12V Mini Submersible Water Pump 1W-3W1) 12V Fan 120x120x25mm 2-pin Sleeve Bearing Brushless DC Cooling Fan3) 5.5 x 2.5 MM 10A DC Power Jack Socket Threaded Female Mount Connector Adapter & 12V Male DC Power Pigtail Cable with Dustproof PlugChange the connectors on the pump and fan to the male jack plug. Connect the wires how you see fit. Wire nut & tape, solder & heat shrink, twist & hot glue, heat shrink solder connectors. Mount a female jack to the bucket higher up to guard from water. Install 2 female jacks to the junction box. Connect all the red wires together and all the black wires together using your preferred method. Mount the junction to the bucket covering the main power input jack. You can apply sealant if you wish. Then use a male jack to connect to your 12v DC source. Recommend using an inline fuse protection of some sort. The fan and pump draw very low power so you could use a small solar panel of 10~15watt.Use the grill cutout pic to cutout the openings for the grill and pad housing. Thread inserts can be installed in the housing or use through bolts M5 x 25mm with a nut on the end. Using inserts means you don't have to deal with the ends of the bolts when installing you pad of choice (I like the aspen pads). Cut the pads to fit as you see fit.The fan mount can be traced onto the lid and cut from there. Secure it using what you'd like, I…
