One of the biggest issues I see with spool roller designs is that the roller tension is not adjustable (at least not easily). Free spool often results in tangles. Too tight can cause under-extrusion. This was designed using inexpensive 693ZZ bearings (same bearings used in many of the CFS roller pusher designs). It is fully adjustable from free spool to locked.
