This is a small form factor PC case that I designed to house some re-used components along with some new parts for a PC build intended as a "console" like PC that is in my living room.This should fit any mini itx motherboard with a 53" low profile cooler, but my parts list is below for reference. It is also designed around a normal ATX power supply, as that's what i had available.The parts are designed to require minimal post processing. There should be no supports required for any parts. I used M3 brass threaded inserts for the fan mounting holes and M5 inserts for the feet mounts, some simple redesign of the mounting feet could allow a much easier pin/hole attachment. Panels have a tight tolerance press fit together with poke yoke'd dovetail joints so panels can only go together one way.I used a 0.8mm nozzle to print, so be aware that the 3mf has some print settings that would need to be adjusted for smaller nozzles. For the main panels I used 0 top and bottom layers with 20% gyroid infill. I have custom modifiers designed into the parts for the sections where i added 3 top and bottom layers back in for strength or to block view of parts.For materials I used Creator Midnight Blue ASA-CF for the main body, Creality Hyper PETG Clear for intake grill, and Siraya Tech TPU Air for the mounting foot isolators. I had the ASA-CF collecting dust and ASA is great for high temp applications, however, if i were to print it again I wouldn't have used that brand…
