She holds a staff crowned with a radiant orb, symbolizing dominion over creation and time. Behind her, concentric Gallifreyan runes spiral outward, glowing with celestial energy that evokes the mysteries of the Time Lords.The composition merges Victorian tarot elegance with sci‑fi mysticism, framed in ornate filigree reminiscent of Gallifreyan architecture.
