Rotating Brazil keychain designed for FDM 3D printing in PLA. Features a smooth spinning mechanism, optimized tolerances, and multi-color visual separation without requiring AMS. Lightweight, durable, and easy to print with standard settings. Key Features: • Functional rotating core (print-in-place concept depending on tolerances) • Optimized for PLA (no high-temp material required) • No AMS required (color separation by layer or filament swap) • Lightweight structure with good mechanical resistance • Clean geometry for consistent surface finish Printing Specifications: Tolerance & Fit: • Rotation clearance pre-calibrated, but may vary depending on printer accuracy • If tight: reduce flow (extrusion multiplier ~0.95–0.98) • If loose: increase flow slightly or scale down clearance axis • User can fine-tune height or scaling for optimal rotation performance Use Cases: • Keychains • Backpack accessories • Gifts or themed merchandise
