Hello,Here is a template for the headband of a Sennheiser HD 540 Reference headphone. I printed it at a thickness of 0.5 mm and covered it with leather.For smaller printers, the file is available in three parts: the tabs, the strap, and the connectors (print 4 of these).There is also a single-piece file for larger printers.The files are 0.5 mm thick (the connectors are 0.2 mm).
