I made this template to create custom keychains for friends. There are two pieces which fit together very tightly. The badge base is the outer shell. it is 5mm thick, the bottom layer is 1.5 mm, so that leaves you with 3.5 mm for the inlay/filler file. I recommend a max of 3mm. The template I provided is 1.5mm. I also added a tiger inlay as an example.Printersettings: nothing special, pla, i'm printing with a 0.4 nozzle.
