Tired of your backflow preventer cracking as is freezes? This cover covers the poorly sealed part and stops snow from entering the system so it never has a chance to turn to ice! It only works if you properly blow out the sprinklers before it gets cold. it can also stop most dust with the bottom half jammed into or melted onto the bottom (depending on filament elasticity) of the top half.
