plays a 3 note chord and has 4 folding fins that are assisted in opening by the muzzle blast of the cannon. snap the 4 fins in to the hinges with the 4 pins. scale the projectile to fit your cannons bore, with 0.3-0.1mm clearance ( if your barrel inside diameter is 52 mm then make the diameter 51.7 mm ) this clearance makes loading without a ramrod possible but tight enough that it wont fall out, it also lets a small amount of blow-by past the obturating rings of the projectile. with makes a smooth air cushion so it glides out of the barrel. scale all the fins and pins to the same percentage. ensure you clean any imperfections from the hinges and make sure the fins move freely without too much effort to open. these can be printed in any of the common filaments, pla, pla+ petg, asa, abs, but i recommend using TPU 72d if has the rigidity needed but also will flex instead of cracking, i shot my tri-note 5 times, impacting the ground hard each time and it had no problem with durability. dont use for airsoft or milsim, only shoot in a open area free of persons or property with regard to local and federal laws for your country. more information including partd and directions for the cannons i use are in the link on my profile. have fun! https://youtube.com/shorts/R6dWh84bR90?si=4n0O4RfpKXVsP2LT
