A replacement module was developed for the infusion pump cap of the Dynamed Dynapack device, intended to substitute the original damaged part used during urodynamic exams. This cap ensures the correct and continuous operation of the infusion pump. The design considered mechanical compatibility with the original assembly for a precise fit, materials suitable for clinical use with resistance to handling, cleaning, and disinfection, ease of installation for quick replacement, and operational safety to prevent failures that could compromise the exam. With this solution, the Dynapack’s functionality is restored, ensuring reliability and safety during clinical procedures.
