Getting tired of manually bending resistors and diodes ? Check out this sleak bender .it features a sliding rail with accurate adjustments made on a simple twist of a gear.1- for most accurate use assemble the gear and rail inside the main body ensuring the vice heads are touching eachother and glue or epoxy the top plate into its position (rectangle cut out on main body serves as a polarity marker for the top plate) make sure to apply glue all contact areas of the top plate and main body and do not get any on the gear or the rail.2- use it on its side to get your desired bending distance and lock that bad boy rail down with the screw . (not too hard a little bit of resistance should hold it sufficiently)3- get bendingthis product has been designed for efficiency and precistant accuracy, save twice the time whilst keeping every component bent perfectly. from personal experience prepping diodes and resistors for 100s of pcbs will consume far too much time to do manually, if its not reasonable to invest in an extortionatly expensive resistor bender cutter (which gives you more maintenance and more risks of error) try this simple design.printed on petg-layer hight of 0.12-grid or gyroid 50%infill /// if theres any issues with the screw and top plate split the model into objects and rotate top plate 90 degrees(round corner facing up)
