This part is a replacement handle for the IKEA scissors from this set: https://www.ikea.com/de/de/p/trojka-schere-3er-set-bunt-70337720/ To install the new handle, insert some suitable adhesive into the gap in the part. Stick the part on the scissors handle and wait for the glue/adhesive to harden. I have printed the part in a standing position, with the side with the gap facing the bed. The strength of the part is sufficient. If you have some trust in your printer's ability to bridge, you should be able to print the part flat on the bed.
