From the old series of Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea I give you the staff with a built in floating aspect as well as being able to be taken apart for travel. This part uses 3/4 inch SCH 40 pvc as the main part for the staff, 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch wooden dowels for the crescent, 4mm metal rods for the floating parts, a 3/8 threaded rod along with a rod coupling that is about an inch long. Be sure to double check with your local hardware store for pieces that fit as regions may vary. If you have any questions or want to see more of what I do find me on Insta @FabledQT
