Most resin printers come with a "tank clean" feature to remove leftover bits from failed prints. If not, printing a full-size, all-white model for about 15 seconds achieves the same result: a thin, solid layer at the bottom of the VAT, that can easily be peeled off, lifting residues of failed print by the way. However, using fingernails in order to lift the layer is not very reliable and ruins the gloves. As an alternative, old supports or paper can be used. But in my experience, these tend to break, or will break the sheet before it can be properly lifted. This handle is far more reliable. Put it in a corner of the VAT, run the "tank clean" program, and gently pull it. The entire bottom layer is going to peel off seamlessly. The handle is intentionally large, so that it is that to put it right at a corner of the VAT and still get enough contact with the area actually lit by the LCD or mono screen. It is reusable. After use, just gently cut the sheet around the corner of the handle. It can usually be done easily, even without scissors. I'm using it on an Elegoo Mars printer, but of course, it will work just fine with any resin printer. Prints directly on the bed plate. A Mars 2 plate is large enough to print 8 of them simultaneously.
