Meet Miles the whippet, a champion lure coursing dog which was commissioned by his owner. I made two version of him: one with his paw pads in tact and one with his paw flattened for easier printing (though this print in particular wouldn't be great to try on an FDM printer).It was a really nice treat to work on Miles! I've learned a lot of new things about dynamic poses and it was nice to try and really capture the personality of this wonderful dog in 3d modeling. I'm also really happy I got to know Miles' great owner, who was a super kind and patient commissioner to work with. So shout out to Travis, I'm really looking forward to your prints of Miles!
