A friend of mine broke a part in the water circuit of his jacuzzi! The after-sales service didn't have the part, so he asked me to print it for him. This fitting is in 2 parts that need to be assembled using 2 screws 15mm long, 3.3mm in diameter, screw head 6.5mm. I printed the PETG fitting and the TPU gasket. As my PETG is not particularly UV-resistant, I applied a coat of clear anti-UV varnish. Teflon would be a plus to guarantee a superior seal This file includes 3 stl: part1.stl part2.stl join.stl Fitting dimensions: (PETG) thread diameter:34 mm external diameter: 40mm height: 20 mm Seal dimensions: (TPU) external diameter: 32 mm internal diameter: 18 mm thickness: 2mm
