Jumbo Josh appears to be a green muscular creature vaguely shaped like a humanoid or primate with two stubby legs, two large arms ending in mitten-like hands and a head. On its head, there are two large eyes and a large tongue-less mouth always in a wide grin. Its body is covered with growth that resembles veins. Its monster form features veiny skin, along with a splash of blood on its left arm.
