This avian creature, having long lost its ability to fly uses its long limbs to quietly stalk the boughs and cliff crags, gathering berries, and if it’s lucky, scavenging recent kills. Surviving in the harsh northern climate has made this versatile omnivore one of the more intelligent creatures in Sol’Kesh, living in small flocks of a dozen family members they have a rich vocabulary of chirps, cries and bird song to warn each other of incoming predators like the basilospri and lexati. Together the flock can distract larger predators to scavenge from a kill, create communal stores of nuts for the colder seasons and protect their fledglings for the next generation.
