This is how I am using this... The computer is s Media/Game (ROMS) server in my den which is adjacent to the Media room. I have a panel in the media room with a reset button, power switch and power LED for this server. These are wired using one CAT6 cable back to the server rack, which then goes to the keystone PCI plate, using a CAT6 RJ45 Jack. the jack is connected to the reset, power and power LED (spliced) using cat5 cable. I can now reset, power up, check power status in case of lock ups/freezes of the media/game server, without having to walk to the den. pics will come soon?
