I designed it to complete the windmill : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2799131 need 2 608 ball bearings, like the windmill. and a spacer between the windmill and the indicator. Everything can be mounted with M8 threaded shaft and mine is covered by a 10x1 aluminium tube.
