Small vice

Small 3D printed vice supposed to be mounted on bench or wooden desk. To print: • 2x čelist (100% infill) • 1x podstava (20% infill) • 1x pojezd (20% infill) • 1x hřídel1 or hřídel2 (100% infill) • 1x ségrovka (100% infill) • Optional: 1x úchyt1 and 1x úchyt2 (20% infill) Assembly: Print all parts and regarding used material (recommended ABS) you may need to clean the thread on hřídel with file (it depends on style you have printed it and on your printer or used filament). After filing try to cut it slowly through thread in pojezd. After this attach čelist to both podstava and pojezd. Attach pojezd to podstava, push hřídel through hole in podstava and tight it up with ségrovka (stick it in the ridge on hřidel). If you printed hřídel1, take a nail and push it through hole in it. Take some screws and attach vice to wooden desk. Optionally print two additional parts. You will also need a metal stick with 5mm diameter or long M5 screw and M5 nut. There is a small hole on podstava under the big hole. Bend the stick to “L” shape and put it in that hole and cut the M5 thread on the other side (if you are using M5 long screw, bend it as well and cut off the top part for wrench). Then slide it through úchyt1, put M5 nut to úchyt_2 and screw it in. Now you can attach this vice to any table according the length you have left on stick or screw.
