There are so many knobs for 3d printers around, but I could not see any with + & - direction signs. Not so serious lack of feature but anyway let's have them also in that crowds. These are especially for Anycubic I3 Mega and their hole size is adjusted acc to my printer's accuracy (since I have no any other printer). Therefore, -as it happened to me once- their hole size might be larger or narrower for your printer. In such cases, just use the file given here to re-design the hole size. By the way, I have used Fusion360 to draw them. Best wishes.
