Even if it wasn't the only one on the market, this would still be the best model. I'm not boasting, I'm just stating what it is: A metroid model faces several issues, outside of what design to go with. There's how to affix the synapses to the jelly and still have them connect to the body. There's adding the jelly to the body. I considered all of that for quite some time and decided the best course of action is printing the synapses separately, paint them, and glue them into the jelly. The jelly, together with the synapses, can then be lowered onto the body, with the synapses falling into the empty spots on the bulbous growths.
