My goal was to get a smartphone stand adjustable in inclination and as thin as possible when closed. For this reason, I preferred to use metal hinges about a millimeter in diameter, obtained from some paperclips. Compared to other phone supports, I realize that this requires a little more effort for assembly, but I am very pleased with the result. Depending on the printer and the settings used, the small holes for the hinges may require a little adjustment, but make sure that the wire enters with difficulty. The use of glue should not be necessary. Cut the metal wire a few millimeters shorter than necessary so that when it is inserted there will be no protruding metal parts. The final thickness is about 3mm over the entire surface. This is a medium-sized version, tested with satisfaction with phones up to 7 ". Filament used ABS and PLA Infill 30% Resolution 0.15 - 0.2
