The M4A1 5.56mm rifle is an automatic carbine with continuous-fire capability based on the M16A2 rifle and originally designed to arm combat vehicle crews and crews of weapons and military equipment. Ukroboronprom and the US company Aeroscraft have jointly produced the M4 Wac rifle to NATO standards.
