A hot air balloon or aerostat-shaped lamp will add a touch of adventure to your interior and highlight your love of travel and adventure. The lamp is divided into two main parts: the basket containing the lamp and the balloon itself (as a lampshade). A Bambu Lab LED Lamp Kit 001 or similar lampshade is used as the light source. To minimize support and simplify printing, the balloon was divided into two parts: a lower (large) part and an upper (small) part. The lower part was printed without support, with a single perimeter, no infill, and with vertical shell thickness preservation disabled. Print time was 4 hours and weight was 92 grams. For the upper part, I increased the extrusion width and used variable layer height and support. Print time was 4.5 hours and weight was 60 grams. The upper and lower parts of the lampshade have two small pins to facilitate alignment when gluing the parts together. Next, we print everything else. Assembly. 1. Insert the LED bulb into the round container with an external thread and route the wire through the slot. 2. Take the spiral post, thread the wire through the slot, insert the post into the hole in the round container with the slot facing the center, and wind the wire around the post. 3. Push the USB connector and lamp switch through the rectangular hole in the basket and carefully align all the posts with their holes. The slot in the spiral post (which we wound the wire around) at the bottom of the basket should face outward…
