The MC-21 (mainline aircraft of the 21st century) is a family of new—generation Russian passenger aircraft aimed at the most massive segment of the global airliner market (short- and medium-haul aircraft). The MC-21-200 aircraft, designed to carry from 132 to 165 passengers, and the MC-21-300, which can carry from 163 to 211 passengers, are currently being developed under the program.
